Press pile

The press pile is used in particular wherever reinforcing foundations for existing structures worthy of preservation are required due to load increases, settling or damage to existing foundations. Already existent tilts can be corrected by lifting the building.

The manufacture of press piles takes place using small, handy equipment, meaning that the piles can be used flexibly even in the smallest of spaces with low construction height. The pressing of the pipe sections is executed using hydraulics without vibrations and noise-free. Because the soil is completely displaced, no soil material is incurred which might have to be disposed of. The pile is manufactured dry without any assistance from flushing fluids.

The measurement and the manufacture of press piles takes place in accordance with DIN 1054 and DIN EN 12699.
